Dude, I think there has been some serious photoshop done on that pic, I also don't think it is in Afghanistan. Too much english all over the building. I could be wrong.

The photo was from "Little Kabul" in California...
It is an Afgan owned theatre in California.
IT might help if I learn to Read!!!! Dohhh
